**Transportation Planning Coordinator.** We are seeking a strategic professional to manage and optimize our transportation operations. The primary focus is to ensure logistical efficiency through rigorous cost control (CPK), fleet maintenance, intelligent route planning, and direct leadership of teams and drivers. **Logistics Planning** \- Coordinate loading/unloading flows and design strategic routes to optimize deadlines and resources. **People Leadership** \- Manage drivers and support teams, controlling schedules, working hours, and promoting safety and efficiency training. **Compliance** \- Legal regulations related to transportation, less-than-truckload (LTL) and heavy cargo. **Education** \- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience** \- Proven track record in logistics operations, fleet management, route planning, and transportation process monitoring. **Technology** \- Proficiency in management systems (TMS, ERP, or WMS) and data analysis tools (Excel or BI). **Behavioral Competencies** \- Assertive leadership, analytical mindset for problem-solving (conflict management), systemic organization, and excellent communication skills to interface effectively between operations and senior management.
