* Lead and improve the new employee onboarding process; * Plan, organize, and execute the annual training plan; * Design and maintain role-based learning and development paths; * Develop and monitor talent retention programs; * Manage the Young Apprentice Project, from institutional relationship management to participant follow-up; * Administer, analyze, and propose actions based on the Organizational Climate Survey; * Support the development and maintenance of the Career Cycle; * Develop practical and feasible action plans with results tracking; * Collaborate closely with operations to understand business needs and propose solutions aligned with daily realities; * Support the implementation of new DHO projects with a hands-on approach. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
