Audience activation and synchronization between Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud ### **Salesforce Marketing Cloud \+ Data Cloud Analyst (Mid-Level)** Contract Model: PJ Location: São Paulo – Berrini region Format: Hybrid (1 day per week onsite) ### **Position Summary** We are seeking a professional responsible for the daily operation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and for creating and activating audiences in Data Cloud. This person will ensure efficient execution of campaigns, journeys, segmentation, and multichannel activations, collaborating with CRM, Marketing, Product, and Data teams. They will also be responsible for implementing communications, environment governance, and sustaining the Salesforce ecosystem. ### **Key Responsibilities** #### **1\. Marketing Cloud – Operations** * Build, maintain, and optimize journeys in Journey Builder (acquisition, engagement, billing, retention, etc.) * Operate and monitor automations in Automation Studio * Create and manage campaigns in Email Studio (templates, sends, tests, and tracking) * Operate channels such as WhatsApp, Push, and Mobile according to CRM strategies * Create and edit CloudPages (including simple AMPscript customizations) * Perform functional QA, journey UAT, and log/error analysis #### **2\. Data Cloud (Data 360\) – Audiences and Segmentation** *(Operational scope only, not architectural)* * Create and maintain segments and audiences using Segment Builder * Map attributes and validate data availability for campaigns * Activate and synchronize audiences between Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud (Real\-Time Activation) * Execute contact qualification/desqualification tests * Monitor audience volumes, performance, and quality * Support operational adjustments to DMOs (querying and understanding only, no modeling) #### **3\. Operational Governance** * Ensure naming convention standardization across Data Extensions (DEs), audiences, automations, and journeys * Document workflows, journeys, and segmentations * Monitor send performance, deliverability, and errors * Maintain environment organization (folders, naming, and basic versioning) ### **Mandatory Requirements** **Practical experience with:** * Journey Builder * Automation Studio * Email Studio * Data Extensions (DEs) * CloudPages * Mobile and WhatsApp channels via Marketing Cloud **Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360\):** * Audience and segmentation creation * Integrated activation with Marketing Cloud * Understanding of attributes, DMOs, and identities (user level) **Technical knowledge:** * Basic AMPscript * SQL for segmentation * HTML/CSS for emails * Familiarity with API-based integrations, events, and JSON payloads ### **Nice-to-Have** * Intermediate or advanced Spanish * Experience in telecom, OTT/streaming, or e\-commerce * Knowledge of Personalization (Interaction Studio) * Experience with CRM governance and multichannel environments PROFESSIONALS MATCHING THIS PROFILE SHOULD SEND THEIR CV WITH SALARY EXPECTATIONS TO: ligia.moura@gsoftware.com.br
