Aircraft servicing and equipment inspection Description: * Completed high school education; * Good interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical ability to assess situations; * Stress resistance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and walking throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, loading and unloading aircraft with luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, floor inspection and sweeping to collect fallen objects, and auditory perception for identifying audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational skills, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Safeguard aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Through reading baggage and cargo identification labels (with or without technological assistance), segregate items in airport sorting areas to ensure loading onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following rules and procedures outlined in the MGO, including recommendations for special handling situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable cargo); * Through reading volume identification labels, unload baggage and cargo and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Segregate baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate inter-flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and monitor packaging of cargo and baggage to verify proper suitability for transportation, thereby ensuring flight safety and safety of personnel handling the items; * Correctly handle and properly allocate baggage and cargo within aircraft holds, observing internal restraint and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent collisions with the fuselage; * Service aircraft within established timeframes for each service type and airport classification where operating; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and report equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities during operations to supervisors. 2512040202181568564
