




Job Summary: Lead the full product development project lifecycle in the automotive sector, ensuring technical alignment and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Single point of contact between customers and internal teams for requirement translation **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in project management within the automotive sector. Prior experience with OEMs is a plus. * Hands-on experience with technical product development projects, preferably involving software, hardware, or embedded electronics. * Ability to read technical documentation and possess basic understanding of automotive requirements, electronics, and product development lifecycle. * Skills in schedule management, risk management, delivery tracking, communication, and stakeholder relationship management. * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency for interaction with global suppliers. * Willingness to travel occasionally, including visits to suppliers. * Proficiency in Excel for cost control, KPIs, planning, and scheduling. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead the full product development project lifecycle (NPI/PDP), ensuring alignment among internal departments, suppliers, and customers. * Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, scopes, costs, risks, and performance indicators. * Ensure technical and quality compliance of deliverables according to customer requirements and automotive standards. * Serve as the single point of contact between customers and internal teams, translating requirements, technical specifications, and priorities. * Manage interfaces with engineering, software, hardware, procurement, quality, validation, industrialization, and suppliers. * Identify deviations, propose corrective action plans, monitor progress, and hold responsible parties accountable for necessary corrections. * Conduct periodic review meetings with customers and internal teams to ensure clear and effective communication. * Prepare and present project status, risks, outcomes, and key decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
