Description

Perform on-site and recurring activities to preserve the physical, functional, and asset integrity of properties, through early risk identification, monitoring of conservation conditions, supervision of contracted services, support for asset security, and execution of low-impact operational actions, ensuring proper maintenance of assets and risk mitigation. * Directly perform simple maintenance and conservation tasks compatible with the role, aiming for agility in resolving low-impact incidents. * Request and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance performed by third parties, where applicable. * Act with organization, care, and respect for property privacy, maintaining ethical and professional conduct in all activities.
