Description:
Essential Qualifications:
* Completed High School education;
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
* Knowledge of Logistics Systems (logistics for aircraft material loading and retrieval);
* Valid Category B driver's license with remunerated activity endorsement — mandatory;
Additional desirable qualifications:
* Familiarity with the AMOS system — preferred;
* Experience as a warehouse keeper;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Power BI;
Important Notes:
* Availability to work rotating shifts;
* Work schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off;
* Work location: Congonhas Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform control and storage of aerospace items, ensuring material quality in accordance with company-established standards and procedures, as well as those mandated by aviation authorities.
* Supply materials requested by Maintenance.
* Supply materials requested for transfer to other warehouses (base allocation).
* Ensure supplied materials are properly packaged, documented, and identified.
* Ensure appropriate storage and preservation of component packaging.
* Record supplied items in the AMOS system to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
* Participate in cyclic stock counts and the annual inventory.
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization (5S methodology).
* Issue Air Waybills (AWB) for material shipments.
* Confirm traceability of shipped and received materials (AWB tracking for aerospace item traceability).
* Comply with the company’s operational safety policy.
* Secondary receiving;
* Identify and report hazards in operations;
* Manage risks and threats to safety according to acceptable levels;
* Ensure operations are conducted in compliance with conditions and restrictions specified in certificates issued by aviation authorities, and in adherence to company regulations and standards.
