Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Description: * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Advertising, Design, Business Administration, Communications, Events, Architecture, or related fields. * Experience as a Planner. * Proficiency with Keynote and/or Microsoft Office and/or Google Slides. * Knowledge of Live Marketing. * Advanced English proficiency * Refine briefings by identifying necessary information to advance the project internally; * Conduct research and analysis (target audience, brand’s communication history and competitors, market references and trends); * Identify cultural context and insights about the target audience relevant to the challenge; * Exercise conceptualization of projects by providing direction and inputs for other departments to deepen work within their specialties; collaborate with creative, production, account management, digital, and vendors. * Create and propose creative concepts and territories aligned with the brand’s positioning. * Draft conceptual storytelling that connects the proposal with client objectives. Organize proposals into commercial presentations and creative decks. * Structure audience experience journeys (pre-, during, and post\-event). * Review scripts, assets, set design, activations, and content.
