Work model: Hybrid – 3 days on-site Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Cyber Security Engineer III, you will work within the Security Operations Management team, with primary responsibilities including: * Monitoring and mitigating real-time events via SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, XDR, IPS, WAF, Anti-DDoS, and other tools; * Identifying suspicious patterns and anomalous behaviors; * Supporting the development of use cases for monitoring critical incidents; * Prioritizing and validating alerts, classifying incidents by type (e.g., malware, phishing) and priority level (P0, P1, P2, and P3); * Monitoring IT assets to detect absence of security controls, such as EDR; * Recording initial evidence and participating in post-mortem processes; * Actively participating in and orchestrating conferences related to complex security and availability incidents alongside IT Operations; * Creating and validating automated response workflows via SIEM/SOAR (incident response automation). **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields; * Proven experience in security incident response and analysis; * Advanced knowledge of security tools (e.g., IPS, EDR, NDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR, WAF, Anti-DDoS solutions); * Ability to interpret logs, metadata, and network packets; * Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001/27035 standards; * Familiarity with major industry frameworks such as NIST and SANS; * Technical English for reading documentation.
