Serve as the liaison between automation, IT, operations, and engineering **Description:** We are seeking a PIMS Coordinator to lead the structuring, maintenance, and evolution of the Process Information Management System, ensuring real-time operational data integrity, reliability, and availability. This person will serve as the liaison between automation, IT, operations, and engineering, with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the PIMS support and development team. Ensure real-time process data integrity and availability. Lead integration projects between PIMS and other systems. Develop operational dashboards and reports using tools such as PI Vision, Power BI, etc. Support operational and engineering teams with data-based analyses. Ensure compliance with industrial cybersecurity standards. Establish process data governance. Evaluate and implement continuous improvements in monitoring and analytics tools. **Desired Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Automation, or related fields. Experience with PIMS systems. Knowledge of industrial protocols. Experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or industrial IT. Experience in industrial environments. Knowledge of BI tools. Leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills. Experience in data lake structuring or integration with analytics/AI platforms. Knowledge of IIoT architectures. English proficiency is a plus. **Soft Skills:** Analytical profile with a problem-solving focus. Effective communication across different areas (operations, IT, engineering).
