




**Job Description:** ---------------------- The professional will provide direct support to laboratory analyses for product quality control, assisting in physical, chemical, and microbiological procedures, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Federal Inspection requirements, and internal quality, environmental, health, and safety standards. Responsibilities and duties: Perform sample collection and assist in the analysis of samples (water, carcass, fresh meat, meat and bone meal, blood meal, and tallow). Assist in the microbiological analysis of meat, blood, meal, jerked beef, sludge (ETE), and water (ETA). Assist in monitoring and organizing collected data, as well as maintaining internal records and reports organized and printed. Control and organize inventory.
