Job Summary: The professional will conduct quotation processes for competitive installation projects, perform technical and commercial proposal equalization, and support the definition of competitive technical solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct quotation processes for building installation projects. 2. Perform technical and commercial equalization of proposals. 3. Support the definition of technical solutions and value engineering. Conduct quotation request processes for competitive projects, including: Electrical installations; hydraulic and sanitary systems; fire protection systems; HVAC (air conditioning and ventilation); special systems (CCTV, access control, automation, etc.); Perform technical and commercial proposal equalization, including: Comparative analysis among suppliers; Verification of scope, assumptions, and exclusions; Identification of technical deviations and optimization opportunities; Support the definition of more competitive technical solutions and value engineering in collaboration with the engineering team; Interact with designers, suppliers, and internal departments for technical clarifications; Contribute to cost composition and final budget preparation; Organize and maintain quotation history, supplier data, and market parameters; Conduct comparisons across similar construction projects. **Requirements:** **Education:** Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or related fields; **Experience in:** Estimating and/or technical procurement for building installations; Ability to read and interpret execution drawings; **Technical knowledge in at least some of the following systems:** Electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, HVAC, or special systems; **Experience with the following processes:** Supplier quotation, technical and commercial equalization; Advanced Excel skills; Work experience in companies within the Civil Construction sector.
