Analyze and investigate all incidents/accidents occurring at the company’s business units and propose preventive measures; develop and implement standards and procedures; monitor and implement statistics and indicators for controlling SHE (Safety & Health Environment) programs; manage and ensure the development of the team reporting to you, while also ensuring alignment and application of the client’s strategy to our activities.**Requirements** -------------- Technical Course in Occupational Safety (registered with the Regional Labor Office - DRT); Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in Occupational Safety, preferably within Logistics; Experience in people management; Intermediate English and Spanish.**Responsibilities** --------------------- 1\. Ensure implementation and management of all legal and organizational requirements at the sites under your management; 2\. Conduct technical and operational management of the sites under your management; 3\. Ensure execution of corporate and internal HSE reports for the sites under your management; 4\. Monitor and communicate HSE indicators; 5\. Ensure that operations under your management have procurement and supply processes for HSE supplies; 6\. Ensure that operations under your management have processes for conducting periodic medical examinations; 7\. Support management in departmental activities; 8\. Investigate and analyze all incidents/accidents, as well as implement related actions; 9\. Train your direct reports and ensure training for all indirect reports; 10\. Implement SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) programs, standards, and procedures; 11\. Analyze and monitor risk-related activities; 12\. Define preventive and corrective measures; 13\. Ensure that sites under your management maintain adequate safety stock of PPE appropriate to activity-related risks; 14\. Implement incident/accident prevention methodologies; 15\. Implement Environmental / Safety / Occupational Health procedures; 16\. Inspect operational facilities/buildings, applying continuous improvement programs in HSE; 17\. Contribute to developing and disseminating preventive materials for all employees of the business unit; 18\. Support Coordination in preparing sites for scheduled audits conducted by internal and/or external clients; 19\. Deliver training on organizational and departmental programs; 20\. Monitor internal and client audits; 21\. Execute action plans established to address audit observations and non-conformities; 22\. Support implementation and maintenance of HSE systems;
