Act as a consultant (C) in demand planning, providing technical and commercial support. Support updating procurement information in corporate systems when necessary. Collaborate on technical alignment in partnership with Engineering and requesting departments. Participate in supplier selection according to technical and commercial criteria. Issue purchase orders in the ERP system. Perform post-order follow-up with suppliers. Ensure purchases comply with technical specifications, project timelines, and approved budgets. Serve as the contact point between Procurement, PMO (managing priorities and aligning schedules), Production/Factory, and Construction (handling operational demands and adjustments). Support resolution of supply-related issues, including delivery timelines or scope. Act as a consultant (C) in logistics processes, providing necessary commercial and contractual information. Assist in delivery monitoring when required, in collaboration with the Logistics Specialist. Qualify suppliers. Conduct periodic performance evaluations. Maintain active relationships with strategic and frequent suppliers. Contribute to continuous improvement of the supplier base. Properly utilize corporate systems (ERP) for procurement registration and tracking. Contribute to developing departmental performance indicators (timeliness, cost, service level). Support emergency procurement requests according to management-defined priorities. Support Production/Factory needs while respecting established processes and authorities. Previous experience as a Buyer, Supply Specialist, Supply Analyst, or Procurement Manager may indicate affinity with some of the activities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
