Evaluate emerging technologies and propose scalable solutions. Participate in strategic decisions alongside managers and directors; * Address critical problems requiring deep technical expertise; * Lead initiatives to improve performance, security, and reliability. Support teams facing technical challenges that extend beyond the scope of a single project; * Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. Influence engineering practices across the entire organization; * Serve as a bridge between technical and business areas, ensuring clarity in decision-making. Document and communicate architectural standards and guidelines.
