Our goal is to expand the positive impact of education, contributing to more evidence-based decisions and to the country's development. **About the Professional's Role:** * Will be responsible for strategically leading digital transformation projects and initiatives within the area, interfacing with technology teams, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting the evolution of solutions and systems dedicated to Postgraduate Education. The role will focus on project management, promoting continuous improvement, and leading innovation initiatives, with an analytical orientation toward data—deep technical involvement in software development or data engineering is not required. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, structure, and enhance analytical solutions, focusing on project management and monitoring of performance indicators; * Monitor and support the execution of initiatives and projects related to the area’s digital transformation; * Establish and maintain interfaces with Information Technology, academic, and administrative areas, ensuring alignment and integration of requirements; * Monitor and evaluate the evolution of dashboards, management reports, and information systems; * Support data analysis and interpretation, contributing to insight generation and decision-making; * Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of processes, as well as to the development of new solutions for the area. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Prior experience in leading or supporting digital transformation, product, continuous improvement, or innovation projects; * Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation; * Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, or R is considered a plus; * Experience interfacing with Information Technology teams and tracking projects. * We seek an organized professional with a high degree of autonomy and strong prioritization skills, as well as proactivity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and well-developed active listening ability.
