




Job Summary: Provide nursing assistance by delivering direct care to patients, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining equipment and the environment. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain and perform hygiene of equipment and instruments used in clinics and nursing service areas. Perform technical nursing assistance tasks at the intermediate level under the supervision of a registered nurse, participating in nursing procedures as instructed by physicians or nurses. Deliver direct nursing care to patients, monitor and control vital signs, maintain patient hygiene and comfort, and ensure safety and cleanliness of equipment in general. Collaborate with the healthcare team and comply with disciplinary rules and regulations of the healthcare facility where assigned. Engage in infection prevention and control according to the assigned work area, adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations. Manage inventory of materials and equipment through appropriate controls essential for smooth service operation, reporting any incidents to the immediate supervisor. Assist the nurse in daily routines to enhance sector organization and efficiency, performing preparation, sterilization, and maintenance of materials and equipment used in patient care. Administer oxygen therapy and/or nebulization. Support inventory management of materials and equipment, report shortages of supplies and consumables, and process incoming deliveries. Complete procedure production records and nursing notes. Maintain and perform hygiene of equipment and instruments used in clinics and nursing service areas. Educate patients on adherence to medical and nursing prescriptions. Work Location: Jd. das Imbuías (Z/S) \- São Paulo \- SP. Department: Nursing. Employment Type: Initially temporary, with potential for permanent placement. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 09:00–19:00; Friday, 10:00–19:00\. Requirements: * Completed Nursing Assistant course. * Active registration with COREN. * Experience as a Nursing Assistant. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Residency in the local region.
