Job Opening – Administrative Apprentice (Adult) We are looking for an organized, proactive young person eager to learn and support administrative routines in the department. **Main responsibilities:** * Entering information and transactions into systems; * Updating, verifying, and maintaining records; * Supporting administrative and operational routines in the department; * Updating spreadsheets and internal controls; * Responding to and supporting administrative requests from employees and managers; * Monitoring deadlines, requests, and internal processes; * Organizing documents and files; * Providing general office support and assisting other departments as needed. **Requirements:** * Interest in learning and professional development; * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is considered a plus; * Availability to work as an Apprentice.
