**Óticas Life** is seeking an **Optical Sales Associate** to strategically support the commercial team, ensuring excellence in customer service, team development, and consistent achievement of sales targets. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, commercial acumen, and technical expertise in the optical sector—focused on results and delivering exceptional customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver consultative service by identifying customers’ visual, aesthetic, and functional needs; * Guide customers in selecting eyeglass frames and ophthalmic lenses according to medical prescriptions; * Perform optical measurements, adjustments, and fittings of eyewear; * Operate optical equipment and instruments correctly; * Complete sales transactions and register orders in the specialized system; * Serve customers both in-store and digitally, with emphasis on delivering excellent service via WhatsApp; * Prospect new customers and execute pre- and post-sales activities; * Work toward individual and collective performance goals; * Track orders with laboratories until finalization of the sale; * Maintain store organization, display windows, and brand visual standards. **Requirements** * Experience in consultative customer service and sales; * Background in the optical sector or specialized retail; * Technical knowledge of lenses, frames, and prescription interpretation; * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a consultative approach; * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as a team leader in optical retail; * Experience with customer service and sales via WhatsApp; * Technical training in the optical field; * Completed undergraduate or technical degree in Optometry or related fields; * Strong goal orientation and commitment to team development. **Location:** Diadema, SP Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Optical retail (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
