**The Opportunity:**
Lead, guide, and/or develop highly complex projects with medium- to long-term impact within your engineering discipline (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Automation, etc.), by defining stakeholders, scope, schedule, and monitoring execution; guiding detailed design/drawing development; preparing execution plans, methods, and processes to be followed; and overseeing and ensuring development, installation, testing, and commissioning are completed on agreed timelines, within budget, and meeting quality and safety requirements.
**How You Will Make an Impact:**
* Develop and implement projects by evaluating technical and financial feasibility, defining methodology, schedule, and work plans.
* Select and apply methods, calculations, and processes for project execution, including cost optimization, bill of materials, and drawing detailing.
* Execute projects according to scope and schedule, monitoring installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure quality and productivity standards.
* Prepare technical and economic reports, recommendations, and assessments, consolidating results from conducted studies.
* Manage budgets, monitor implementation costs, and propose actions to reduce operational expenses.
* Monitor third-party service quality, pre-qualify suppliers, and evaluate technical proposals to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Support contract management, claims handling, risk analysis, and implementation of actions to ensure timelines, costs, and quality.
* Interact with clients in technical meetings, support project presentations, and mentor/train assigned engineers and technicians.
* Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines.
**Requirements:**
* Technologist degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
* Experience in mechanical transformer projects, covering both internal components (core, windings, leads) and external components (fabrication, tanks, accessories).
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Tools: CREO, AutoCAD, SAP, Microsoft Office Suite.
* Project management experience; methodologies and tools for project development.
