Manage and optimize the end-to-end service procurement cycle—from strategic sourcing to contract and supplier management—ensuring optimal cost-benefit, quality, and compliance, while contributing to Veolia Brasil’s supply chain sustainability and innovation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and analyze comparative competitive maps among suppliers to support more strategic and transparent purchasing decisions. * Register and update suppliers in the procurement management system, ensuring an up-to-date database for inquiries, quotations, and negotiations. * Propose alternative products and technical solutions that can improve quality, reduce production costs, and increase operational efficiency. * Research and analyze global and local supplier markets, identifying trends, emerging technologies, and strategic procurement opportunities across all Veolia Brasil units—with emphasis on innovation and sustainability. * Consolidate product and service demands across Veolia Brasil’s various units, seeking synergies and volume optimization to maximize negotiation power and procurement process efficiency. * Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, quality, payment terms) and coordinate contract execution to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. * Issue purchase orders and proactively monitor the entire delivery process—from production through final logistics—to guarantee timely fulfillment and compliance with negotiated specifications. * Prospect, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers, developing alternative supply sources that add value in terms of innovation, technology, sustainability, and supply chain resilience—including conducting technical visits and audits. * Monitor and analyze procurement performance indicators (KPIs), such as savings, lead time, supplier quality, and compliance; propose and implement continuous improvement actions for processes and supplier relationships. * Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks—including shortages, quality issues, financial, regulatory, and sustainability-related risks—and develop contingency plans. * Act as a strategic partner to internal departments (Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, R&D), understanding their needs and delivering procurement solutions that support their objectives and projects. * Ensure all procurement practices comply with Veolia’s sustainability policies, promoting responsible procurement and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Solid, proven experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management roles—preferably in large corporations or multinational companies—with demonstrated expertise in category management and complex negotiations. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, speaking) for communication with global suppliers and access to market intelligence **(mandatory)**. * In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, Category Management, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). * Proven ability in complex negotiation techniques, contract management, and building long-term partnerships with suppliers. * Proficiency in analyzing large volumes of procurement data, designing dashboards, and monitoring KPIs to support decision-making and performance optimization. * Experience with ERP systems and e-procurement platforms for procurement process management. * Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to commercial contracts, import/export, and procurement compliance (LGPD, anti-corruption). * Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and sustainability-related supply chain risks. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (Bradesco or Unimed); * Dental Insurance (Bradesco Dental); * Meal Voucher and Food Allowance (Ticket Restaurante) or On-site Cafeteria (varies by unit); * Wellhub (Gympass); * Veolia Cares: program supporting employee physical and financial well-being. * Optum – Mental Health Support Program; * Extended Maternity Leave – 6 months (180 days); * Extended Paternity Leave – 20 days; * Life Insurance fully subsidized by Veolia; * Investment Program; * Incentives for voluntary initiatives; * Educational Subsidy for Undergraduate, Graduate, and Language Studies per current policy; * External Course Subsidy (per current policy) and access to 16,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning; ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We belong to the Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
