If you are a hands-on professional who enjoys participating from solution design through to final delivery, and you are familiar with the health insurance provider ecosystem, this role is for you! Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating closely with Product Owners to understand and design technological solutions. * Technically leading implementation efforts with internal and external teams. * Ensuring delivery quality (unit testing) and system resilience in production. * Conducting feasibility studies and troubleshooting critical incidents. * Supporting and guiding Mid-level and Junior developers. Your Technical Stack: * Required: .NET Core, .NET Framework, React, Oracle, and Git. * Preferred: Azure DevOps (Pipelines). Essential Differentiator: We seek candidates with real-world experience at health insurance providers. If you are familiar with systems such as Topdown/TopHub or Benner, your profile is top priority! **(Note:** Exclusive experience in hospitals does not fulfill this requirement). **Important Information:** * Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week in SP) or 100% Remote
