Pastry Assistant Position Description: We are looking for a pastry assistant to help us produce desserts and sweets at our bakery. The selected candidate will assist in daily bakery operations and ensure product quality. Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and cake icings and toppings; * Support assembly and decoration of desserts; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations; * Collaborate with the team to ensure production efficiency. Requirements: * Prior experience in pastry is preferred; * Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions; * Attention to detail and manual dexterity; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (6x1 rotating schedule); * Commitment to quality and excellence in work.
