Job Summary: Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, workplace organization, and food quality and safety assurance, including participation in menu planning meetings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in food and diet pre-preparation and preparation 2. Organization and sanitation of the workplace 3. Ensuring food quality and safety standards Assist in designated food pre\-preparation and preparation under supervision of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill production process stages. Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist * 1\. Pre\-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or diets; * 2\. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; * 3\. Assemble and restock food items; * 4\. Ensure final product presentation; * 5\. Conduct product tasting and approval (when shift-responsible); * 6\. Ensure food restocking at the distribution counter; * 7\. Collect and label food samples; * 8\. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas; * 9\. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards, as well as occupational safety standards, during task execution, per the Good Practices Manual; * 10\. Perform related tasks; * 11\. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System.
