We help reinvent how professionals work; our team of experts brings together information, innovation, and insight to unravel complex situations across Tax, International Trade, Accounting, and Legal markets—supporting our clients in making informed decisions. **About the Role** In this opportunity, as a Support Coordinator, you will: * Lead a customer technical support team, pursuing performance excellence through continuous training and development, and delivering individual feedback. * Support your direct team, peers, and manager in achieving individual and team goals through prioritization and planning of decisions, grounded in data to guide decision-making and action plans. * Periodically report results under your responsibility to leadership, identifying root causes of deviations and proposing corrective and definitive actions. * Lead meetings with customers. * Participate in the selection/onboarding process for new team members. * Collaborate with other departments across the company to retain and improve the customer experience. * Participate in idea discussion sessions with other support leaders, exercising autonomy, trust, and the ability to identify and propose improvements to service processes and workflows. * Develop team members’ competencies, making them increasingly well-rounded and prepared to deliver comprehensive, high-quality customer support. * Ensure defined departmental strategies are implemented, supporting the achievement of business objectives. **About You** For this position, we seek professionals with: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Technology-related fields, or equivalent. * Experience with Fiscal Writing and Accounting routines. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Campinas or São Paulo. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in team management roles. * Experience analyzing and interpreting diverse data using Excel and/or dashboards. * Knowledge of strategic planning. * Familiarity with continuous improvement tools. * Knowledge of Thomson Reuters’ Domínio solutions. **Desirable:** * English proficiency \#LI\-TR1 **What We Offer You:** * **Hybrid Work Model:** We adopt a flexible hybrid workplace (2–3 days per week in the office, depending on role) for office-based positions, ensuring an integrated and consistent experience both digitally and in person. * **Flexibility and Work-Life Balance:** "Flex My Way" comprises a set of policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities—whether caring for family, participating in community activities, or dedicating time to rest and personal renewal.
