Job Summary:
IT infrastructure professional with experience in cloud, Kubernetes, virtualization, and DevOps automation for highly critical and highly available environments.
Key Highlights:

* **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering,
Information Systems, or related field.
* **Experience** in IT infrastructure and cloud (AWS and/or Azure).
Proven production experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE).
Experience in environments with high criticality, high availability, and structured disaster recovery (DR) processes.
Solid knowledge of virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper\-V), Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
Server Operating Systems:
Windows Server (2016/2019/2022\): AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, RDS, IIS, WSUS, RADIUS, NPS, DFS.
Linux: RHEL / Rocky Linux / Ubuntu Server — administration, hardening, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Patch management, security baselines (CIS Benchmarks), and configuration automation via
Ansible/Puppet.
Virtualization \& Hyperconvergence:
VMware vSphere / vCenter: HA clusters, DRS, vMotion, vSAN, NSX\-T, Horizon, and data center operations.
Microsoft Hyper\-V / SCVMM: failover clusters, replication, live migration, and integration with Azure Arc.
Nutanix AOS / Prism / AHV: HCI cluster administration, Nutanix Files, Objects, and Calm for automation.
Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD): MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, SSO, SCIM, and hybrid identity management.
Internal PKI, certificates, privileged password management (PAM/CyberArk).
Hybrid environments: Azure Arc, AWS Outposts, on\-premises to cloud integration via VPN / ExpressRoute
/ Direct Connect.
FinOps: rightsizing, reservations, savings plans, tagging, cost reporting, and cloud governance.
Kubernetes \& Containers.
IaC \& DevOps Automation.
Terraform (modules, workspaces, remote state, Terragrunt) and Ansible for provisioning and configuration.
CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Jenkins — infrastructure pipelines with testing and policy\-as\-code.
Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash — task automation, REST API integrations, and cloud SDKs.
AI/ML Infrastructure: provisioning of GPUs/TPUs, optimized instances, and high-throughput storage.
Predictive capacity analysis, failure forecasting, and resource optimization using machine learning.
Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) \& Business Continuity.
Regulatory compliance: BACEN Res. 4\.658 / 4\.893, LGPD, ISO 27001, SOC 2 — audits and evidence collection.
Application Infrastructure Support:
Middleware \& Application Platforms.
Web and application servers: Apache, NGINX, IIS, Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly — tuning, SSL/TLS, and reverse proxy.
Messaging and streaming: RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, Azure Service Bus.
Containerized application support: pod troubleshooting, log analysis, interactive exec, and port\-forward.
Databases (infrastructure support):
SQL Server (Always On AG, Failover Cluster, backup/restore, performance baseline) and PostgreSQL / MySQL.
NoSQL databases: Redis (caching and sessions), MongoDB, Elasticsearch — HA provisioning and operations.
Observability \& Monitoring.
Infrastructure Security.
