Porto Seguro Bank's Software Engineering area is responsible for developing projects for the Acquiring, Loyalty, Product Security, and Credit Card Authorization areas. The team is dedicated to designing, implementing, and maintaining innovative systems, aiming to deliver efficient and secure solutions to meet the diverse needs of the bank’s customers and partners. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the technical team in application development; * Design scalable software architectures using microservices principles and agile development practices; * Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure application availability and scalability on AWS Cloud; * Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence; * Implement and maintain best practices for security, performance, and scalability; * Work with container-based architectures and microservices orchestration. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience developing applications for the financial market and payment systems; * Experience in technical leadership, with a focus on microservices-based application development; * Specific experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS Cloud, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, Serverless Framework, API Gateway, and others; * Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and software engineering practices; REST/RESTful architectural standard; * Concepts of API-First, OpenAPI Specification (Swagger), API Gateway, and integration architecture; * Proficiency in programming languages such as Java (Spring Boot), Python, Node.js, among others. Experience with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS); * Solid understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) practices; GitLab, Jenkins, and SonarQube.
