If you are committed to quality and operational excellence, let’s build something great together. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Regularly operate and run specific groove grinding machines according to work instructions, operational controls, and product drawings to produce parts. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments, as well as record results in the documentation accompanying the manufacturing order, ensuring the manufacturing process. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Verify technical specifications of incoming materials using the manufacturing order. * Enter information from the manufacturing order into the management control system. * Prepare equipment by selecting appropriate tooling. * Perform dimensional control using measuring instruments. * Share technical and practical knowledge with other team members regarding machine operation and products, aiming to improve production processes and develop competencies. * Notify the production management system upon completion of the manufacturing order. * Report any unplanned stoppages via the production management system. * Make equipment adjustments during production whenever deviations from the manufacturing order’s technical specifications are detected. * Comply with Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and environmental protection regulations established by law and formalized by Sandvik locally and globally. **ABOUT YOU** * Completed high school and a full Industrial Apprenticeship Program — Mechanical (CAI) or Precision Mechanics. * Experience operating machine tools or grinders, including groove grinding, thread grinding, and related areas. * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Familiarity with measuring instruments. * Understanding of key process indicators. * Knowledge of tap grinding processes. * Knowledge of square grinding processes. * Knowledge of groove grinding and similar grinding processes. * CNC programming. **EMPLOYMENT TYPE** CLT (Permanent). **WORK LOCATION** Interlagos, São Paulo — SP **WHAT WE OFFER** CLT (Permanent) contract; ‍ ️ Bradesco Health Plan; Life insurance — Icatu; Funeral assistance; Dental plan; Private pension plan; ️ On-site restaurant; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance or parking; ‍ ️ TotalPass; PPR (Profit Sharing Program).
