If yes, this is your opportunity! **As a Proposal Manager, your key responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating proposal development, including technical definition, execution strategy, detailed budgeting, and planning; * Leading negotiations, clarifying proposals, and ensuring contractual compliance to strengthen customer relationships; * Managing the proposal approval process with ANDRITZ headquarters; * Identifying, assessing, and reporting risks and opportunities to maximize project outcomes; * Leading the transition from proposal to execution, ensuring cross-functional alignment and fulfillment of agreed requirements; * Monitoring KPIs, ensuring strategic execution, and promoting continuous process improvement and optimal resource utilization. **We expect you to have the following educational background:** * Mechanical, electrical engineering, or related fields. **We seek candidates with the following technical skills:** * Advanced English; * Intermediate Spanish; * Knowledge of risk and contractual analysis; * Experience in power generation or distribution.
