Job Summary: The Controller Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and consolidating economic and financial information related to credit products and financial services, ensuring accuracy and analytical depth. Description: Responsibilities and Activities: The Controller Specialist will manage, analyze, and consolidate economic\-financial information related to the company's credit products and financial services. The role involves developing managerial dashboards, monitoring costs, expense allocations, key performance indicators, and supporting strategic decision-making. This position is critical to ensuring accuracy, governance, and analytical depth in product performance. Responsibilities * FIDC Management Closing * Perform the monthly management closing for FIDC. * Consolidate information and build a comprehensive management view of the credit product. * Accurately structure cost allocations and apportionments, ensuring transparency and traceability of information. * Validation and Management of Expense Allocations * Monitor and validate expense allocations related to the products. * Develop, update, and maintain the Expense Allocation Process and Manual, ensuring governance, clarity, and compliance with internal policies. * Monitor execution and consistency of expense allocations throughout the product lifecycle. Credit Indicators and P&L * Build and maintain the Credit Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring clear visibility into financial performance. * Create and update key product indicators: Margin, EBITDA, Net Profit, Portfolio, PDD, and other business-relevant metrics. * Provide managerial analyses and insights to support strategic and operational decisions. * Cost Analysis and Management * Monitor proper cost allocation across credit products, ensuring assignment to appropriate cost centers. * Review allocation methodologies and propose continuous improvements. * Identify variances, efficiency opportunities, and cost structure optimizations. * Monitoring of Financial Services * Develop and maintain the Management View of financial products. * Consolidate data and structure reports and analyses that support product evolution, profitability, and strategic direction. Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. Behavioral Competencies: * Advanced Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and business acumen. * Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally across multiple departments.
