We are an FP\&A, Pricing, and Data area operating cross-functionally within the Credit and Rental Solutions Directorate of the Bank Vertical. We support the Loans and Financing structure as well as the Guarantee and Capitalization products. Our objective as a department is to serve as the financial and strategic control unit for the Directorate, transforming raw data into intelligence to maximize profitability and support decision-making through predictive models and competitive pricing analyses. **Job Challenge:** The primary success metric for this role will be the reduction of data discrepancies across systems, the reliability of dashboards presented to the Directorate, and the speed with which Product and Business teams can extract insights from pre-prepared datasets. Additionally, the main responsibilities include: * Development and monitoring of dashboards * Creation of alerts to monitor data quality across departmental databases * Analysis of KPIs and performance * Data validation **Responsibilities and Duties** **1. Data Governance and Validation:** * Lead the validation process for new data, ensuring information extracted from source systems is accurate before being made available to the Product team. * Document data lineage and variable dictionaries to ensure standardization and consistent interpretation of information. **2. Analytics Engineering:** * Develop and maintain ETL routines to build optimized datasets consumed by various stakeholders, ensuring scalability and automation of data workflows. **3. Power BI \& Data Visualization** * Build executive dashboards in Power BI using storytelling techniques. * Optimize Power BI data models to ensure fast refresh and navigation, while promoting a Self-Service BI culture by enabling other teams to autonomously access and use data. **4.
