The receptionist will be responsible for **greeting clients**, standing up, welcoming them courteously, **offering tea or coffee**, presenting the service menu, organizing the reception area, and supporting the smooth operation of the unit. They will also handle in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service, scheduling, appointment confirmations, and administrative support tasks at the reception desk.
