With over 18 years of presence in Brazil, we offer certified and robust infrastructure to support critical IT operations, with strategically located data centers in São Paulo (SP) and João Pessoa (PB) — recognized as the best Tier III data center in Northeast Brazil and the most certified in Latin America. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * **Active Monitoring:** Monitor portals and ticket queues to ensure strict adherence to SLAs; * **Physical Infrastructure:** Assemble, disassemble, and relocate equipment in racks, and perform structured cabling (UTP and Fiber Optic); * **Technical Support:** Perform initial hardware configurations and replace components whenever necessary; * **Customer Service:** Accompany *Colocation* customers during site visits and provide basic support via official channels; * **Care and Organization:** Conduct technical cleaning of controlled environments and maintain inventory movement tracking; * **Documentation:** Record all activities and maintenance performed, ensuring operational traceability. **What we are looking for in you:** * **Hard Skills:** Knowledge of server/computer assembly and maintenance, understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and proficiency in physical equipment installation. * **Soft Skills:** Extreme attention to detail, organizational ability to handle simultaneous tasks, proactivity, and resilience to operate effectively in high-pressure environments. * **Profile:** Someone with completed high school education and a genuine desire to learn about world-class Data Center operations. **Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):** * Prior experience in technical support or network infrastructure; * Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring systems; * Knowledge of operating systems. **Benefits We Offer:** * Meal Allowance; * Commuter Pass or Mobility Allowance; * Health and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Birthday Day Off; * Incentives for Culture, Health, and Education.
