Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise work teams on construction sites, ensuring execution in accordance with plans, deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Act as the liaison between the operational team and the engineering team We are seeking a professional to serve as a Construction Site Supervisor, responsible for coordinating and supervising teams on-site to ensure services are executed in compliance with project plans, within established deadlines, with quality, and in accordance with safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and assign tasks to work teams; * Monitor productivity and performance of activities on-site; * Ensure correct execution of services according to plans and technical specifications; * Control material usage and supply; * Ensure site organization and smooth progress of construction; * Act as the liaison between the operational team and the engineering team; * Interpret plans and guide the team regarding execution; * Supervise in-house and third-party services; * Identify issues during execution and propose practical solutions; * Prevent rework and ensure service quality.
