If so, we have an opportunity for you! #JoinEIXOSP **Responsibilities and Duties** Monitor the progress of user requests and their respective priorities; guide analysts and technicians in identifying solutions. Ensure the availability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT resources, provide technical support to users, guarantee service continuity, and ensure proper functioning of systems, networks, and equipment. **Main Activities:** **** * Provide first- and second-level technical support (Help Desk) to users. * Diagnose and resolve incidents related to systems, networks, hardware, and software. * Perform installation, configuration, and updates of operating systems, applications, and equipment. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access policies. * Document technical procedures, solutions, and asset inventory. * Interact with IT vendors and service providers. * Proactively identify failures and opportunities for improvement within the technology environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). * Knowledge of Power BI. * Knowledge of Office 365. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of networking (switches, firewalls). * Experience with Linux and Windows servers. * Knowledge of monitoring systems such as Zabbix/Grafana is a plus. * Experience in technical support and user assistance. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in a related field is a plus. * Minimum one year of experience in this role is desirable. **Additional Information** Work Location: São Carlos/SP To make your journey even more amazing, EIXO SP offers you: Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Welhub (Gympass); Transportation allowance; Meal voucher or food allowance; Profit and Results Sharing (PLR), subject to achievement of goals and individual performance; Childcare assistance for mothers (internal benefit, subject to specific dates and policies). EIXO SP manages the largest highway concession in Brazil. It operates over 1,200 kilometers of road network comprising 12 highways in São Paulo State, stretching from Rio Claro in the central region to Panorama in the far west, bordering Mato Grosso do Sul State. The company began operations in June 2020, investing in infrastructure works, signage, technology, human resources, and operational capabilities to serve users. The concessionaire administers 263.42 kilometers of SP-310 and SP-225 highways between São Carlos and Rio Claro, and from Itirapina to Bauru—highways already under concession for 20 years—as well as 958 kilometers of highways previously managed by DER (Department of Highways), including segments of SP-284, SP-293, SP-294, SP-331, SP-425, SP-261, SP-304, SP-308, SP-197, and SP-191, connecting municipalities across the Bauru, Marília, and Presidente Prudente regions. The contract signed with the São Paulo State government foresees R$14 billion in infrastructure and technology investments over a 30-year concession period. Six hundred kilometers of highways will be duplicated, alongside construction of shoulders, service roads, and bike lanes. The User Assistance Service (SAU) is already operational 24/7 along the entire stretch, providing emergency support to users.
