We are seeking a student to undertake an internship at a German multinational company, a global leader in its field of operation. The intern will work in the customer support area, guiding customers regarding technical requirements related to purchasing new products or maintaining previously acquired products. Occasionally, the intern will also provide support to the technical assistance team for maintenance, warranty claims, and product and service reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal and external customers; * Conduct product testing; * Assist in the development of new products; * Assist in the development of suppliers; * Prepare material quotations; * Place purchase orders in the system; * Conduct training sessions; * Provide customer service via e-mail and telephone. REQUIREMENTS * Currently enrolled from the 2nd (second) year onward in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering or Technology programs; * English proficiency at least at intermediate level for technical reading and communication with headquarters. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Easy access to the Cotia region..
