Develop and qualify new suppliers, evaluating their performance. **We count on you to** • Conduct quotation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance processes. • Perform technical and financial comparative analysis of proposals. • Lead strategic BIDs. • Negotiate medium- and long-term contracts. • Ensure compliance with procurement policy and internal governance. • Monitor market indicators (commodities, resins, packaging, freight, etc.). • Assess supply risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Prepare trend and financial impact analyses. • Conduct cost breakdown analyses. • Apply the Kraljic matrix to define category strategy. • Support data-driven strategic decisions. • Develop and qualify new suppliers. • Evaluate supplier performance (KPIs). • Conduct negotiations for continuous improvement (cost, delivery time, quality). • Ensure active contract management. • Lead development and supplier/packaging transition projects, ensuring technical and financial feasibility. • Interface with technical, quality, marketing, and planning departments. **Is this job for you?** • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. • Proficiency in SAP / PowerPoint / Excel (advanced) / Power BI. • Experience in Packaging and Raw Materials Procurement, high-financial-impact negotiations, strategic BID management, and contract management. • Knowledge of market analysis. • Intermediate English proficiency.
