





The Financial Coordinator will be responsible for managing the office's financial routines, directly overseeing cash flow control, budgeting, performance indicators, and relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions—ensuring financial organization, predictability, and support for the Executive Board’s decision-making. **Key Responsibilities:** * Cash flow monitoring and updating (daily and monthly); * Bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable controls; * Analysis, verification, and scheduling of payments (bank slips, transfers, and banking files); * Management and monitoring of operational costs, supporting budgeting and cost centers; * Billing via the Legal One system (issuance/control) and support for collections routines; * Implementation of improvements in billing and collections processes; * Collection from delinquent clients; * Organization and timely response to departmental emails, ensuring prompt replies and adherence to deadlines; * Document organization on SharePoint (invoices, bank slips, contracts, and payment receipts); * Calculation and control of partner commissions; * Support in preparing and analyzing the monthly Income Statement (DRE); * Financial closing reports and management reports to support the Executive Board. **Technical Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law, or related fields; * Experience in financial and administrative routines (preferred: legal office environment); * Knowledge of cash flow management, reconciliation, budgeting, KPIs, and reporting; * Experience with ERP systems (preferred: Legal One) and Microsoft Office Suite; * Postgraduate degree or MBA (preferred) in Financial Management, Business Management, Processes, or People Management; * Experience in dynamic environments involving multiple cost centers and supporting decision-making; * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Systemic vision and analytical thinking; * Organization, discipline, and sense of responsibility; * Decision-making and problem-solving skills; * Strong communication, interpersonal relationship skills, and professional demeanor; * Ownership mindset, accountability for results, and commitment to delivery quality. **Additional Information:** * Contract type: PJ (individual contractor); * Health and Dental Insurance (GNDI NotreDame Intermédica): With co-payment.
