This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building, testing, iterating, and integrating. Responsibilities Development and maintenance of websites, landing pages, and web applications Creation of conversion-focused (CRO) and high-performance pages Building websites and landing pages using WordPress (Elementor, theme customization, plugins, etc.) System integration via APIs (REST, Webhooks, Postbacks) Building and maintaining automations using n8n Implementing AI-powered workflows and intelligent agents (chatbots, automations, data enrichment, etc.) Integration with CRM tools, sales funnels, and marketing platforms Technical support for Growth, Marketing, and Innovation teams Rapid prototyping of solutions using modern tools (low-code / AI-assisted) Requirements Experience in Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Practical experience with WordPress (page creation, performance optimization, basic technical SEO, plugin- or code-based integrations) Familiarity or experience with modern frameworks (React, Next, etc.) — preferred Experience creating landing pages Knowledge of API integration Experience with automation tools (preferably n8n, Zapier, or similar) Familiarity with daily AI usage (ChatGPT, agents, automations, etc.) Basic understanding of UX/UI and Web Design Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions Advantages Advanced WordPress experience (custom post types, hooks, performance tuning, headless WP) Experience with acquisition funnels and paid traffic Knowledge of tracking (UTM, pixels, events, postbacks) Experience with WhatsApp API / customer service automation Database knowledge (SQL / NoSQL) Experience with tools such as Supabase, Firebase, or similar **Builder profile:** has already built personal projects, MVPs, or relevant automations
