




Job Summary: The Strategic Planning Specialist (PJ) will lead the design and evolution of the value proposition for PJ segments, aligning strategy, customer needs, and business priorities. The Strategic Planning area for PJ is responsible for designing, evolving, and guiding the value proposition for PJ segments, ensuring alignment among strategy, customer needs, and business priorities. We operate cross-functionally, with strong interfaces with Products, Commercial, Channels, Customer Experience, Data, and Technology teams, contributing to key strategic decisions and the continuous evolution of the bank’s operating model across diverse enterprise profiles. The Specialist will be responsible for leading the design and evolution of the value proposition for a PJ segment, based on in-depth understanding of customers, market dynamics, and institutional strategy—translating this perspective into clear guidance, prioritizations, and structured initiatives. We believe sustainable performance is built on engaged people, respectful environments, and clarity of purpose—concretely contributing to the bank’s transformation and future. * Lead the design and evolution of the segment’s value proposition, considering customer journeys, customer needs (jobs to be done), behaviors, and levels of financial maturity * Conduct strategic analyses and diagnostics based on internal data, market studies, benchmarking, and competitive intelligence * Translate strategic guidelines into clear theses, priorities, and actionable initiatives—with focus on impact for customers and the business * Act as a strategic partner to Products, Commercial, Channels, CX, and Technology teams, ensuring end-to-end coherence of the value proposition * Prepare executive materials for decision-making forums, featuring structured narratives, analytical rigor, and conciseness * Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic definition and execution Contribute to the evolution of segmentation models, solution portfolios, and PJ customer experience * * Analytical, structured, and generalist profile, with strong synthesis capability and systemic vision * Experience or strong affinity with strategic consulting, strategic planning, or business strategy functions * Ability to tackle complex and unstructured problems by formulating hypotheses and conducting in-depth analyses * Hands-on mindset, comfortable shifting between strategic reflection and practical execution * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders * Proficiency in using data, business metrics, and quantitative analyses * Intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and commitment to continuous learning * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields * Prior experience in strategy, planning, consulting, products, or related areas * Experience developing strategic analyses and executive materials * Knowledge of the financial market and/or the PJ segment will be considered a differentiator Proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel. * We are undergoing constant transformation—and we hope you’ll help us on this journey!
