Job Summary: An RPA professional providing business area support, business process analysis and documentation, UiPath development, and team guidance—contributing to automation evolution and adoption of new automation technologies. Key Highlights: 1. Business process support and automation. 2. RPA development and validation on UiPath. 3. Team guidance and automation capability advancement. Support for business areas; Understanding, analysis, and documentation of business processes targeted for automation, including As-Is and To-Be process diagrams and step-by-step usage instructions; Designing automation architecture and test plans; Developing and validating RPA processes on the UiPath platform; Guiding less experienced team members and promoting knowledge sharing; Contributing to team advancement by implementing new procedures and practices, and identifying new technologies applicable to automation; **Requirements:** Minimum 4 years of experience with RPA; Proficiency in UiPath tools: Studio and Orchestrator; Knowledge of REFramework, HTML, databases (SQL Server), RPA development and testing best practices, BPMN, and APIs; Intermediate-level Excel; Process analysis skills, flowchart design ability, documentation generation—including step\-by\-step process instructions—and test plan formulation for automations; **Desirable:** Experience with Agile methodologies; Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power Platform (especially Power BI and Power Automate), and Postman; Knowledge of FPw tool.
