Future development opportunities involve building skills in data analysis and visualization tools. **Responsibilities**: * Load Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) in various formats using the EDP (EQuIS Data Processor) in EQuIS Professional and Enterprise; * Perform quality control and assurance checks on data entered into EQuIS; * Create dashboards in EQuIS Enterprise; * Generate lithological and construction profiles using EnviroInsite; * Identify existing data gaps in the database; * Perform database corrections, whether for newly loaded data or existing gaps; * Integrate laboratory, field, and historical source data into the EQuIS database (originating from ERM or other consultancies); * Communicate and document data quality issues identified in laboratory-provided data; * Credential and promote integration of new laboratories, when required; * Generate reports and/or provide support for report generation using EQuIS Professional or Enterprise; * Interact with EQuIS users (clients or ERM colleagues) and subcontractors (laboratories); * Interact with the Global Database Managers team (meetings and communications in English); * Provide technical support and supervision to the data management team; * Conduct alignment meetings regarding scope, effort estimation (in hours), and timelines with project teams and monitor progress of tasks; * Ensure application of internal procedures and best practices for data management and visualization. **Technical Skills**: * Advanced knowledge of the EQuIS environmental data management software; * Experience in data management within environmental consulting, including analytical skills; * Experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced); * Ability to analyze data to detect problems, logic errors, inconsistencies, or gaps within the database; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Behavioral Skills**: * Agile, dynamic, independent, and curious in solving complex problems; * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Systems thinking and continuous improvement mindset; * User experience focus and full customer orientation; * Ability to switch between projects across different subject areas; * Commitment to staying current with software updates and new tools related to environmental data management; * Familiarity with online communities for finding solutions to development challenges related to used tools. **Desirable but not mandatory**: * Experience creating dashboards in EQuIS Enterprise; * Experience generating lithological and construction profiles using EnviroInsite; * Experience in laboratory data environments (LIMS); * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, R, SQL, Python. **Education and Experience Desired**: * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 4 years of experience.
