Nowa9 is an agency specialized in trade marketing and product acceleration for consumer goods companies, focused on sales growth and brand building. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Transform data into strategic information to support decision-making regarding project results and performance, based on defined **KPIs**. * Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources. * Develop **dashboards and reports** featuring key performance indicators and business insights. * Identify patterns and trends to guide strategic decisions. * Deliver **periodic reports**, monitor results, and suggest continuous improvements. * Conduct analysis of **market and competitive trends**. * Work with large volumes of data, synthesizing information clearly and objectively. * Collaborate with teams (account management, production, marketing) to understand needs and provide analytical support. * Ensure **data quality and integrity** in collection and usage. * Propose improvements to **processes and tools**. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in BI Master or Data Analysis preferred (a plus); * **Proficiency in BI tools**, such as **Power BI** (advanced M language and DAX), **Tableau**, **QlikView**, and **databases** (SQL); * **Proficiency in Design Thinking** and **Figma**; * **Experience with Python** and **APIs**. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Gym discount – TotalPass; New Value discount club; Birthday day-off; Discount on event tickets/plus-one guests; Paid vacation; Christmas and New Year’s break; UMApet (Pet Friendly); Manicure at special rates at UMAcasa. **Note:** On-site position Monday through Thursday; Friday is remote work.
