We value those who leverage technology, embrace challenges, and aim to build something significant. *If you want to join a company in continuous evolution—raising the bar and opening new opportunities—Apostou could be your next step.* **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor daily the key KPIs impacting CRM (RevOps) revenue and expenses, ensuring visibility and early deviation alerts. * Collect, interpret, and analyze player behavioral data to identify trends, segmentation, and upsell or cross\-sell opportunities. * Build and maintain real-time CRM dashboards consolidating metrics across journeys, campaigns, and channels, integrating directly with the Data and Tech teams. * Conduct cohort, segmentation, and player behavior analyses to identify churn patterns and optimal communication moments. * Design and interpret A/B tests for journeys, offers, and channels using proper statistical methodology and clear result communication. * Develop and maintain segmentation models—RFM, LTV, churn propensity, engagement—for hyper-personalized campaigns. * Analyze CRM campaign incrementality using control groups, quantifying the actual impact of each journey. * Use SQL and analytics tools to extract, process, and model data, understanding properties of transactional and behavioral database tables. * Apply AI to identify behavioral patterns, predict churn, and recommend more precise journey optimizations. * Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for the CRM Manager and Head of CRM, including root-cause analyses and recommendations. * Collaborate with Data & Analytics on developing predictive models applied to CRM and integrating behavioral data. * Document CRM methodologies, data dictionaries, and measurement processes for traceability and knowledge transfer.
