Focus on solutions, agility, dynamism, and user experience. **Job Description** The Data Management, Analysis, and Visualization team supports projects in managing and reporting generated data—primarily related to Contaminated Site Management phases. We seek a professional experienced with the EQuIS environmental data management software. Future development opportunities include learning other modules directly related to EQuIS and developing skills in additional data analysis and visualization tools. **Responsibilities**: * Load Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) in various formats using the EQuIS Data Processor (EDP) in EQuIS Professional and Enterprise; * Perform quality control and assurance checks on data entered into EQuIS; * Create dashboards in EQuIS Enterprise; * Generate lithological and construction profiles using EnviroInsite; * Identify existing data gaps in the database; * Perform database corrections, whether for newly loaded data or existing gaps; * Integrate laboratory, field, and historical data sources into the EQuIS database (from ERM or other consulting firms); * Communicate and document data quality issues identified in laboratory-provided data; * Credential and promote integration of new laboratories, as needed; * Generate reports and/or provide support for report generation using EQuIS Professional or Enterprise; * Interact with EQuIS users (clients or ERM colleagues) and subcontractors (laboratories); * Interact with the Global Database Managers team (meetings and communications in English). **Technical Skills**: * Experience in data management within environmental consulting, including analytical skills; * Experience with Microsoft Excel (intermediate or advanced); * Ability to analyze data to detect problems, logic errors, inconsistencies, or gaps within the database; * Experience with the EQuIS environmental data management software, including loading, validation, and populating EQuIS via EDP; * Development of report templates for data extraction from EQuIS; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Behavioral Skills**: * Agility, dynamism, independence, and curiosity when solving complex problems; * Organizational and communication skills; * Systems thinking and commitment to continuous improvement; * Focus on user experience and full customer orientation; * Ability to switch between projects covering diverse topics; * Commitment to staying current with software updates and new tools related to environmental data management; * Familiarity with online communities for troubleshooting and development support for used tools. **Desirable but not mandatory**: * Experience creating dashboards in EQuIS Enterprise; * Experience generating lithological and construction profiles using EnviroInsite; * Experience in laboratory data environments (LIMS); * Knowledge of R, SQL, Python. **Relevant differentiator**: * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI. **Preferred Education and Experience**: * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 2 years of experience.
