Important: We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. \#CareerThatConnects \#PassionForCaring \#IAmRedeAmericas **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor KPIs, deviations, and improvement opportunities; * Support target-setting, budgeting, and action plan development; * Create and automate management reports for various departments and leadership; * Analyze actual performance versus plans, explain variances, and propose solutions; * Develop scenarios, forecasts, and impact simulations/studies; * Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams to align data and strategies; * Identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven optimizations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields; * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling); * Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau); * Knowledge of data analysis and performance indicators; * Preferred: SQL, Python, or data automation. **Additional Information** Our care begins at home—delivering the best for our people.
