About the position We are looking for a Transportation Monitoring Assistant to strengthen our team and ensure the efficiency of our operations. Main responsibilities: Monitor fleet in real time, ensuring adherence to routes and schedules; Generate reports and analyze data for continuous improvement; Maintain contact with drivers and operational teams to align operations; Provide support in unexpected situations, ensuring problem resolution; Ensure safety and efficiency of operations. Requirements: Reside in the South Zone of São Paulo (Socorro, Jurubatuba, Santo Amaro) or have easy access to the area; Previous experience in transportation monitoring (mandatory); Good communication skills and ability to handle unforeseen events.
