Industrial environment handling chemical products Company: Planeta Azul / INA Department: Logistics Employment Type: CLT or PJ (to be determined) About the Opportunity We seek a professional to manage end-to-end logistics operations — from raw material receipt to final delivery to customers — ensuring organization, traceability, safety, and adherence to deadlines. This position is strategic for maintaining inventory control, reducing damage, and enhancing operational efficiency in an industrial environment handling chemical products. Main Responsibilities Receiving and Warehousing * Verify invoices, production orders, and transfer documents * Check packaging integrity, batch numbers, and expiration dates * Record incoming goods in the system * Organize inventory by batch and expiration date (FIFO) * Maintain a clean, properly labeled warehouse compliant with regulations Internal Movement and Control * Safely move loads using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand carts * Record movements between warehouse, production, and shipping areas * Ensure full product traceability Order Picking, Verification, and Shipping * Pick orders according to sales orders and invoices * Verify item codes, batch numbers, quantities, and expiration dates * Perform packing with correct labeling * Prepare transportation documentation (NF-e, manifest, emergency response sheets) * Supervise loading and ensure compliance with safety regulations Transportation and Post-Delivery * Guide drivers on routes and precautions regarding chemical products * Monitor delivery deadlines * Manage returns and record incidents Inventory Control and Documentation * Update inventory records in the system * Archive fiscal documents * Support quotation processes as needed Requirements * Prior experience in industrial logistics or distribution centers * Knowledge of inventory control and invoice verification * Familiarity with cargo handling * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic ERP system knowledge Preferred Qualification: Experience with chemical products and safety regulations.
