**Job Description:** Install and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on steel belts and industrial processing equipment supplied by IPCO to customers in Brazil and other South American countries, using welding and other metal-mechanical processes. Provide technical guidance to customers regarding optimal usage conditions for IPCO’s products and solutions, as well as conduct training sessions with customers. Monitor the performance of IPCO steel belts and equipment at customer sites and advise them on the need for preventive or corrective repairs, and identify when component replacement is required. Record technical visits and inspections in comprehensive technical reports. Guide customers on how to best utilize IPCO products and technically recommend IPCO products and services to existing and potential customers. Perform internal tasks such as final product preparation, among others. Travel extensively. **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in similar roles is preferred. Experience in food or chemical industry maintenance is desirable. **Education:** Technical qualification in Welding, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Welding, Mechanical Maintenance, Tooling, and Industrial Processes. Fluent Portuguese, Intermediate English, Spanish desirable. **Work Location:** Diadema – SP, plus frequent travel.
