We serve industries such as retail, food and beverage, logistics, and manufacturing. ### **Office Location: São Paulo, Brazil** **Position Objective** The primary objective of this role is to provide end-to-end leadership for the implementation projects of our technology solutions, coordinating both internal teams and client teams. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each project achieves its objectives on time and with quality, consistently guaranteeing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate must rigorously apply the company’s working methodology, ensuring process compliance and proper documentation usage across all involved teams. A core component of this role involves preparing and presenting progress reports—both to clients and to senior management—on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, as required. **Key Responsibilities** * Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as PMI, Agile, and ITIL. Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly valued. * Solid knowledge (or willingness to acquire it) of logistics, distribution, and transportation. * Functional knowledge of solutions such as TMS, WMS, ERP, or similar (ideally with direct experience in TMS/WMS). * Ability to negotiate deliverables and timelines with clients. * Advanced skills in assertive communication with clients and internal teams. * Prior experience leading technology projects and managing work teams. **What We Look For In You** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
